Returns Policy

Due to the custom, individualistic nature of our products, no returns are accepted. 

All of our items are custom made to order. We do not stock ready-made items. All items are made especially for you once your order is processed, and as such, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order, due to an error on our part, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order and we will advise you what actions need to be taken.
